It looks like Paypal will terminate an account and seize the funds simply because they are unable to figure out what it is that you do. At least that seems to be what they did to us and other usenet news providers. If usenet is prohibited by their terms of use, then they should state that in their terms of use. On the contrary they continue to nag us with email requesting further information about our business in order to restore our account access. Yet every effort to do this results in a runaround from their (apparently) Indian-outsourced customer service.   Since our recurring Paypal subscribers have all expired and most have resubscribed through our merchant account, we are not inclined to pursue this any further, since we certainly would never again offer Paypal as a payment option no matter how this resolved.
